Weinhaus Kriechel in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler

Great! Very nice service!

Very nice terrace, friendly service, great menu (there is toast Hawaii and Pfundstopf :-) and the excellent wine from the Kriechel winery. Also very cozy inside.

We drive from the Lower Rhine to the Ahr Valley countless times year after year. Day tour or longer weekend. In addition to an obligatory visit to the Weinhaus Kriechel, where it's super cozy and just nice, we often take wines with us. But first and foremost I have to say. It's so nice to sit there, nice staff and everyone is very committed. Wines great too and the food is impeccable. Still not sterile but alive. Just great. First braking on arrival in the Ahr valley and a ritual for us!

Top winery. Top wine and very good advice. Gladly again. The food and drinks in the Weinhaus were also very good. We sat outside under the vines and leaves. A great atmosphere. It was also great weather. And the service was very attentive and quick.

Nice location with a view of the Ahr. Nice service. Wines and food good and at reasonable prices. All you have to do is ignore the noise of the passing cars.

I am in doubt about how to rate this. The staff was friendly and aware. The wine was good and the food authentic german i guess. But i did not care much for the food but i guess the germans does since this have a good recommendations. The restaurant is cozy but just next to the road wich is a bit noisy.

Friendly service, nice terrace and excellent wine. The Pinot Noir was a dream. The downside for me is the menu. This could use a few more modern dishes. Prices are reasonable.

I like the charm at det Ahr. And I like the wines from the winery (mostly Pinot Noir). And here it is difficult to recommend, because the own taste decides. Today we had Spätburgunder with a nice berry note, a little walnut and lovage. I also recommended the wine bar. My favorite are the venison sausages, very service was nice and attentive. If it is warmer, it is certainly beautiful on the terrace. And behind the house are directly the vines.

The best labels in the area I found here !!! Best of all and unique with 2013 crop, this was also where I found it. It was really the only place where I could taste the best wines. As for the restaurant, the food was made without care, I ordered a sausage that came raw and the potato salad arrived decorated with beetroot eggs, but there were no beets at my request ... As for the room or small apartment, let's say worth the price, the heating does not work all night, also does not work in the morning and the bath and face towels are not white.
